Park Hall

Athens Apartments near Park Hall

Looking for a UGA apartment near Park Hall? Here are a few things you should know. Park Hall is known as the English Building, where a lot of freshmen and sophomores take their English intro classes, as well as English majors. Park hall is named after Robert Emory Park, who was head of the University of Georgia English Department from 1900 to 1942. The building is in UGA's central campus, right along the edge of North Campus, and only a ten-minute walk to Downtown Athens. Park Hall is one of the prettier buildings on campus and sits picturesquely on a hill facing Balwin Street. If you have some studying to do, you are incredibly close to the Miller Learning Center, Tate, and the main library.
