Normaltown is one of the more residential Athens neighborhoods, so a large part of it consists of housing, both homes and apartment complexes. Apartments in Normaltown can vary in price and style. Some communities are older, with more cottage-style apartments. However, there are also new developments in the luxury style. Students love the fact that you are only a short walk away from anything you could need. While it is small, Normaltown still keeps the Athens feel intact with fun shops and a sense of community.

You will also be less than a ten-minute drive to a Target, with one in downtown Athens and one on Atlanta Highway.
